French bread, gluten-free

This is French bread made with Cassava Flour by recipe of 180 gr of cassava flour 180 gr of arrowroot starch/tapioca flour 4 eggs, beaten 7 gr of active yeast 2 tbs of sugar half cup of warm water 4 tbs of butter Mix flours with salt and butter. Activate yeast by mixing it in warm water with dissolved sugar. Add beaten eggs to flour mix and then add yeast mix. The dough is going to be runny. Leave it for 40 minutes. Transfer it to the baking tray and bake 15-20 minutes at 200 C.
