Chocolate carrot healthy cake

Another take on healthy chocolate cake! It is full of my favourite ingredients! No gluten and sugar.

You will need:

  • 250 gr cassava flour,
  • 1 big carrot, grated,
  • 100 gr chocolate,
  • 30 gr toasted coconut butter,
  • 30 gr coconut oil,
  • 100 gr grated coconut,
  • 120 gr powdered almonds,
  • 150 ml almond milk,
  • 150 hot black coffee,
  • stevia extract.
