Healthy morning muffins


No flour, no refined sugar, lot of fruits and nuts in these healthy sweets. Beautiful to look at and nice to have on a table.

64 gr sunflower butter

1 medium size banana

1 egg

80 gr honey

40 gr oat flour

14 gr ground flaxseed

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

115 gr grated carrots

115 gr cut jackfruit

55 gr dates

40 gr walnuts
