Healthy morning muffins

No flour, no refined sugar, lot of fruits and nuts in these healthy sweets. Beautiful to look at and nice to have on a table.

  • 64 gr sunflower butter
  • 1 medium-size banana
  • 1 egg
  • 80 gr honey
  • 40 gr of oat flour
  • 14 gr ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 115 gr grated carrots
  • 115 gr cut jackfruit
  • 55 gr dates
  • 40 gr walnuts
