Mango Nut Bars

What I used:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup perilla seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup pea protein
  • 5 dried mango slices
  • 1/3 cup coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2 tbs of liquid stevia
  • Pinch of sea salt

Blend nuts, seeds and mango. Mix with salt, coconut flakes. Mix in coconut butter and hot water. Press into bold, precept, freeze. Take them out and keep in the fridge.
