Another variant of my most beloved workout snack!

My slightly changed ingredients are:
- 400g baked sweet potato (no skin)
- 1/2 cup instant oats
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp liquid stevia extract
